1. ORDER PROCESSING
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays) from the time we receive your payment confirmation.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
IMPORTANT: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or due to inventory availability. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships with tracking information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

4. SHIPPING COSTS & PAYMENT
Cost Calculation: All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

PRICE ACCURACY:
The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final cost you will pay. We do not add additional shipping charges after order placement, except in cases where an order must be reshipped due to customer-provided incorrect address information.

5. ORDER TRACKING

6. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Physical Address Required:
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete physical address including apartment/unit numbers where applicable.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

LOST PACKAGES:
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or if tracking shows it's stuck in transit, contact us immediately. We will:

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:
